We process orders Monday through Friday, excluding Holidays. Many orders are shipped by the artist or manufacturer. Multiple item orders may ship in separate packages and arrive at different times. Our website only excepts orders for the Continental U.S.
Most Items ship within 2-5 working days. Special orders that are personalized or made to order will take longer and delivery times will be sent to you in an email. Please feel free to contact us with any questions. Should an item be out of stock, you will be notified by email.
Your satisfaction is very important to us. We fully guarantee all products against defects in materials and craftsmanship. Freight damages or product defects must be reported within 5 days of receipt of your order.
Returns & Exchanges
We understand that an occasional return or exchange may be necessary. We can only accept returns and exchanges on unused items in its original condition (less shipping and a 15% restocking fee). Returns and exchanges must be made within 2 weeks of receipt and require a RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER. Please contact us before returning an item for shipping instructions and a Return Authorization Number.
Please note: We do not accept Exchanges or Returns on "made to order / custom / personalized" items. These are items that we make-up special for YOU - with your particular dog breed on them.

If you are returning an item that has Free shipping , your credit will be the price paid for the product less the shipping costs we incurred to ship the product to you & any applicable re-stocking fees (see above)
We regret that we cannot accept returns COD. We do not reimburse shipping charges.
***For your protection, we recommend you send your return via UPS or Federal Express with insurance and delivery confirmation for tracking purposed.
If your order is returned to Dog Gone Glamorous for any reason, we will make every attempt to contact you immediately either by telephone or email. Please make sure that your shipping information on your order is correct. All orders re-shipped at your request will require an additional re-shipping fee. Orders returned and not reshipped will be refunded to you less a 30% re-stocking fee.
Canceling an Order
Once an order has been placed through our secure checkout system it cannot be cancelled on our website. Contact us IMMEDIATELY by phone or email of your wish to cancel or change an order once it has been placed. We will do our best to stop the order. Please note: Once an order is placed, it is IMMEDIATELY processed! If an order has already been shipped you will be responsible for the shipping charges.
5.5% sales tax will be added to orders shipped anywhere in Wisconsin.

Availability & Back Orders Many items are shipped direct from the artist or manufacturer. This provides you with a large product selection that is nearly always in stock. Items may be out of stock periodically at the manufacturer. We will email you promptly if your item is out of stock.
